Hi Scott,
Very interesting thought. I was sure I was the only one who thought of that, but just did a google search on law of attraction and lucid dreaming. If you believe in the law of attraction (as I do) then visualisations coupled with emotion on a regular basis will attract.
So, if you break it down, lucid dreaming is such a good visualisation - it actually feels like real life. Anything you feel as though it was real will have strong emotions -
So if thats correct, then spending 8 hours a night sleeping could be put to better use with lucid dreaming.
Particularly if you take the belief as I do, that our fears hopes dreams and any troubles in life resurface in the dream state and because we as a culture dont tend to think about dreaming all that much - are we creating by complete default? My guess is yes. I'v been keeping a dream journal and things are getting much more vivid and memorable, but not quite lucid. I have to try this one for myself ;)

Hi Scott, I've been enjoying your blog for a few weeks, keep up the good work. This is a fascinating topic - "parallel between lucid dreams & law of attraction". Isn't it true that the so-called 'reality' we experience in our waking state is nothing more than a mental construct - this must be so, because all our sensory input is just that - INPUT to the mind where an image of the world is formed using those images, sounds, smell etc. What is actually out there is imperceptible. And how different 'real world' must be for creatures with different sensory inputs to ours, such as the eye of a fly or a crow, or the nose of a dog. Cheers.
