I have been trying to tell my boyfriend that some of his friends are now entering into that warning zone. That maybe he should step away and let them go their own paths. Keeping them as friends would only be destructive to not only him, but us, and his relationship with his son. Of course, destructive to him as well. Once a friend belittles you, insults you, calls you names, on one phone call, and then on the next call, acts like nothing ever happened, well, I think it's time to move on. A friend SHOULD care and have compassion. not use you as an emotional punching bag. I love this post.
